The centerpiece of the Forest Hills Gardens considered the oldest residential building in Forest Hills. Constructed in 1912 and serving as an Inn until 1981 where it was converted to a Co-Operative apartment.

A Co-Op residence consisting of 3 interconnected buildings, 1 Station Square. 10 Station Square, and 2 Dartmouth Street.
How many hotel rooms did the Inn have and how many apartments are there now?
The inn had 100 rooms, and the census once said it housed over 150 guests and 50 staff. Nowadays there are 50 apartments.
